Conditions of participation
All manufacturers are invited to submit equipment and software for the competition meeting the following criteria:
– Commercially available on the Awards Ceremony day
– Available in more than one country
– Product information to be accessible to the jury / public or under NDA
Participation fee
To cover for the Awards preparation, coordination, judging and marketing material, EDP charges a participation fee. The entry fee is a precondition for participating in the competition. Once the entry has been submitted, we will send you an invoice for payment via wire transfer.

Winners’ announcement
The winners will be announced during FESPA 2026 (19-22 May) in Fira Barcelona. All participants in the EDP Awards 2026 will be contacted in due time. The judging results and a protocol on all entries will be published in the 2026 EDP Technical Report.
