EDP Association

The European Digital Press (EDP) Association is an independent non-profit organisation that represents digital printing companies and professionals across Europe. Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Austria, it serves as a platform for networking, knowledge-sharing, and advocacy for publishers of trade magazines in the digital printing industry.

The EDP Association includes the publishers of Desktop Dialog from Germany, Image reports from England and Ireland, Plakativ/Print & Publishing from Hungary, ProDigital from Spain and Portugal, Publisher from Switzerland, Print & Sign from Norway and Sweden and X-media from Austria. Its membership includes both large and small companies from the Graphics Industry, such as Agfa, BOBST, Canon, Durst, Epson, HP, Kornit, Mimaki, Xerox, and others. Many smaller and specialised companies which focus on specific areas of digital printing across workflow and finishing solutions are also members.

The EDP Association’s main purpose is to honour best-in-class innovations in digital printing, publishing and packaging. Each year the EDP Awards are presented at leading industry events like FESPA and drupa.

The EDP Association values digital technologies that shape the future of an entire industry and supports industry events and trade shows that enable customers and manufacturers to engage face-to-face.
